Coaching Application

Paid coaches are required to obtain FBI Fingerprint Clearance, State Criminal Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.  Also required is Professional Ethics and Mandated Reporter Training.

Upon completion of your fingerprinting you must submit your receipt to Mrs. Pressel.

STATE CRIMINAL CLEARANCE

Upon payment online the next screen displays “Certification Form”.  Click on this text to access your certificate.  Please print and submit to Mrs. Pressel.

CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE

Upon receipt of this certificate in the mail please provide a copy to Mrs. Pressel.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND MANDATED REPORTER TRAINING

PA Act 71 – Youth Suicide Prevention

PA Act 126 – Part 1:  Child Abuse and Mandatory Reporting
                     Part 2:  Educator Discipline Act, Sexual Misconduct And maintaining Professional Boundaries

The FBI Fingerprint Waiver must be signed, dated and submitted to Mrs. Pressel.
